I think everything is set for the 13th Annual Museum rally August 9-11.
There has been a block of rooms set aside at the Quilt Inn under Wardens on Wheels.  Call  701-263-6500

The campground at Lake Metigoshe has also been reserved. Call Susan at 701-263-4651to book a campsite. I left site #97 for Doug to set up the Castle he calls home. #99 to #103 will still be open.

The picnic shelter has been reserved for bad weather and I will call the Dockside and give them a heads up for the Friday supper once the date gets closer.

I hope we can get a good turn out this year. Put the dates on your calendar and lets get together for some fun.

Pledge sheet is below.  We have raised over $25,000.00 for the museum and I know they really appreciate the fund raising that we do.  Lets all try and gather a few pledges this year.  Copy and paste the pledge form to a Word document and it should print.

Missouri 11th Annual

The Missouri riders will be having their 11th Annual rally on June 7-9, 2019.

Hello everyone I am sorry for the tardiness of the email for the ride but here we go for the particulars.  We will base out of Warrenton and these are the hotels that are available listed below.  I did not reserve any rooms. I don't think anyone will have any issues getting a room.

The most expensive is Holiday inn 109-120 a night 636-456-2200 1008 N Hwy 47
The next are similar but super 8 next best by reviews 48-55 a night 636-456-5157 1429 N Service rd
The next lesser reviews Baymont inn 43-55 636-235-0779 425 East Veterans Memorial PKWY

On Friday the plan is to drive to Moscow Mills via back roads to get to Harry J steak house.  We will leave from Warrenton at 5:45pm and we will leave from the parking lot behind Burger King which is right off 47 hwy north of 70.  It is about a 30 minute ride to get there and back.

On Saturday: We will leave Warrenton from the same parking lot as we did Friday night at 8am.  We will go north on 47 through Troy and then go north on Hwy W to Clarksville Stop at the river front.  Then head south on hwy79 to St. Paul to Hackman rd to St Paul rd to Hwy P to Mexico rd to Wentzville. We will eat in and around Wentzville and head south on Z to hwy F to our first big stop the Daniel Boone house. Leave after an hour or so and head south and get on 94 hwy west toward Augusta and stop at the Winery in Augusta for a half an hour or so.  We will take off and head west on 94 and arrive back into Warrenton for dinner at Olivers in town.  I sure hope everyone can make it and will enjoy the ride that I have setup.  The only sticky point will be traveling through Wentzville tried to make it so we don't have too much in town travel.
